A look back once a week takes a few minutes and keeps plans honest: they stay the ones you'd still choose.
Three questions
What happened? Start with the record, not with memory or mood: the days something was recorded, the notes you wrote.
What helped, and what got in the way? Both. The evening that worked can teach as much as the one that didn't.
Keep, adjust or pause? One plan at a time. Adjusting can mean a new next step, another moment, a smaller version. Pausing is a valid answer.
In UpWill
Your week shows how many notes and updates the week had, at most two suggestions (a plan without a next step, or one with nothing recorded), then each plan once, asking whether it still fits: keep it, adjust it, or pause it for now. There's no score and no grade. If you use Claude, the weekly look-back prompt goes through the same questions in a conversation. See UpWill in Claude.
